Terms of Service
Please review the terms below regarding services provided by Truly Lawn.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
At Truly Lawn customer satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed. As a customer, if you ever feel that your service is not satisfactory, please contact us at (781) 628-3644, or by visiting the Current Customer area of our website.
If a service call is needed, we will respond within a 48-hour period. With a no charge for service calls policy every effort will be made to correct any of your lawn care concerns.
Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control
Truly Lawn performs throughout the season, and automatically renews from season to season unless you contact us to cancel.
Truly Lawn only performs service on treatable areas of property in the front, back, and sides of every lawn unless specified otherwise by you. When the application is complete, Truly Lawn is sure to blow any remaining fertilizer from sidewalks and driveways.
Each application includes fertilizer and most applications include weed control based on the timing and purpose of the treatment. The products being applied vary from application to application based on the time of year, weather conditions, and the needs of your lawn.
Truly Lawn Seeding Warranty
The success or failure of seed depends on its care. Truly Lawn warranties seeding if you follow proper maintenance and watering procedures, make prompt payment of your account when due and report unsatisfactory results within 30 days.
Your technician may test the soil moisture level to confirm adequate watering.
If the lawn does not establish properly because of product or workmanship, those portions of the lawn that are not growing will be re-seeded. Seeding warranty is valid for one (1) re-seed within six (6) months from the original date of service.
Remember that you must be on Truly Lawn’s fertilizer program for the warranty to remain valid. Termination of service, improper care, failure to pay outstanding balance in a timely manner and/or any other person(s) or company tampering or making repairs will VOID the warranty.
Cancellations
Our service continues from application to application year after year unless you contact us.
In some instances, a request to cancel service is taken after a service invoice has been printed and is in a scheduled route with a technician for that day. In this case, every attempt will be made to notify that technician to avoid service being performed.
In this scenario, if we are unable to reach that technician, or if the service has already been completed, your service termination will become effective after that treatment and you will be asked to return payment for that service. For more information, please contact (781) 628-3644.
Gates and Pets
Pets must be indoors, and all gates must be unlocked for a scheduled service to be performed.
If you need notification prior to our visits, please request a call ahead in the notes area of the sign-up process. We can call and leave a voice message the day prior to performing your scheduled service.
Our technicians are very careful about closing gates before they leave.
Damage
If Truly Lawn happens to damage a sprinkler head or other property while performing a service, please contact us at (781) 628-3644. We will repair or replace the damage as soon as possible.
Truly Lawn is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden or unmarked irrigation lines/heads, concealed hazards, or underground conditions not reasonably visible.
Easy Pay
Payment for each customer’s service is conveniently billed to their debit or credit card each week the day after their lawn is treated. Printed account activity is available upon request.
Declined Cards
If a card is declined, we will try the card again the following day.
If the card does not go through a second time, the customer’s remaining services will be put on hold until we are able to reach the customer. If the customer responds quickly with another card, we will promptly put them back on the schedule with no late fee or fee for changing cards.
Weather & Service Delays
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, soil conditions, product label requirements, or safety concerns. These delays do not void seasonal programs or warranties.
Products & Chemical Applications
Products are applied in accordance with applicable regulations and label directions. Customers are responsible for following post-treatment instructions, including watering guidance and any re-entry recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truly Lawn’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Truly Lawn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of landscaping performance, loss of value, or business interruption.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truly Lawn from claims arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions, failure to disclose relevant property conditions, or actions/repairs performed by third parties.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Massachusetts, except where prohibited by law.
Modification of Terms
Truly Lawn may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
