MEDFORD, MA., Aug. 11, 2026 — Truly Lawn, a Massachusetts-based lawn care company,
has been named to the
2026 Inc. 5000
list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
Truly Lawn ranked No. 1,263 nationally, earning the recognition after achieving 278% three-year growth.

Founded in the spring of 2020 by Christopher Noon and Derek Kenney, Truly Lawn has grown
from a small operation run out of a truck and a garage into a company with three
Massachusetts locations and a rapidly growing team. The company reported $599,000 in
revenue in 2022 and $2.1 million in 2025. Truly Lawn has also grown from three employees at
its start to 20 today, doubling the size of its team in the past year alone.

The recognition gives Noon and Kenney a rare opportunity to step outside the day-to-day
demands of growing the business and take pride in what they have built. Both described an
overwhelming sense of gratitude for the team that has grown alongside them, the customers
who have trusted them and the chance to see their collective hard work recognized on a
national level.

For Truly Lawn, that growth began with a hands-on approach. In the company’s earliest days,
Noon and Kenney generated their first 1,000 sales by personally cold-calling homeowners in the
communities around them. Instead of trying to look the part of an established company before
they had built one, they focused on creating a strong foundation first — showing up, providing
quality service and building relationships with customers one at a time.

Truly Lawn credits much of its continued growth to its employees and a commitment to creating
a white-glove customer experience. From the lawn specialists working directly with customers
and caring for their properties to the customer service team supporting them behind the scenes,
each part of the team plays a role in building lasting customer relationships. Together, they
prioritize communication, education and transparency throughout the entire customer experience.

As its customer base and team have grown, Truly Lawn has focused on building the
infrastructure needed to support that growth without losing the personal service that defined the
company from the beginning. The company has expanded from one location to three, including
the opening of its Hopedale location in 2023 and Norwell location in 2025, and has acquired
three established lawn care companies within its market over the past year.

It has also added dedicated marketing and administrative teams and invested in technology and

company has also expanded beyond its original lawn care operation, launching sister company
TrulyGone Pest Control after hearing recurring requests from customers for help addressing pest issues.

Kenney also credits much of the company’s growth to Noon’s leadership, pointing to his
willingness to show up every day with the same passion and commitment as a source of
motivation for both himself and the team.

Looking ahead, Truly Lawn plans to continue growing its team, investing in additional locations
and expanding into new territories. The company is also expanding its tree and shrub care
services, with a focus on developing deeper expertise in tree nutrition, deep-root treatments,
disease diagnosis and prevention, and insect protection.
